Focus Nebula 62F DTF

The Focus Nebula 62F is the TOP model of the DTF Focus range.

It can be configured with 2 or 4 print heads each with 8 channels, is made up of two parts, the plotter or printer body and the stirrer/oven body and can use film reels up to 60cm wide.

In the version with two print heads with 8 channels each, one is dedicated entirely to white, the other dedicated to CMYK colours. With this configuration the production capacity of the printer reaches approximately 8 m/l per hour. In the version with 4 print heads with 8 channels each, everything is doubled, including the production capacity which reaches 15-16 m/l per hour and requires a larger agitator/oven to obtain correct drying. The white circuit, notoriously delicate in all printers and plotters that use this colour, is kept constantly moving thanks to the presence of a stirrer motor in the white color tank and thanks to a recirculation system which allows the white present in the pipes to scroll continuously.

The Rip used was developed by Dev Studio and is included with the purchase of the printing system.

Paid optional extras not included in the system are the air purifier to convey the evaporation fumes produced by the oven.

The system can benefit from the 40% Industry 4.0 Tax Credit provided by law.
