Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped the same day if the order is placed and paid for by 11:00 a.m. (barring unforeseen circumstances or remote delivery areas, islands, and hard-to-reach territories, as indicated on the GLS express courier website). The courier delivers within 24 hours in 80% of cases. All shipments are tracked: you can check the status of your order at any time. We also ship cash on delivery. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Each order can be tracked from your customer dashboard.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage costs.
The packages are adequately sized and your items are well protected by a box or airbag.

Product available for orders: the product is available for orders but shipping may be delayed.
The Return
To return an item, you can email info@inkpro.it requesting a product pickup and a replacement under warranty. This will save you valuable time and resources, allowing you to focus on your work.
