The shipment of your package

Parcels are generally sent the same day if the order is sent and paid for by 11.00 am (except for unforeseen circumstances or difficult delivery areas - Islands and territories that are difficult to reach, indicated on the GLS express courier website) and will be delivered on the day next working day . All shipments are tracked: you can check the status of your order at any time. We also ship cash on delivery, with payment on delivery. Whichever type of shipping you choose we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Each order can be tracked from the customer panel.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage costs.

The packages have adequately large dimensions and your items are well protected by a box or airbag.

The Return

To make a return you can write an email to info requesting the collection of the product and the sending of the new product under warranty. This will allow you not to waste precious time and resources that you can dedicate to your work.
