Focus Nebula 35F DTF

Focus Nebula 35F DTF

The Focus Nebula 35F is the entry-level model in the DTF Focus range.

It is made up of two parts, the printer body and the stirrer/oven body and uses film reels up to 30cm wide.

In the printer body there are two print heads each with 6 channels, one dedicated entirely to white, the other dedicated to CMYKCM colours. The white circuit, notoriously delicate in all printers and plotters, is kept constantly moving thanks to the presence of an agitator motor in the white color tank and thanks to a recirculation system that allows the white present in the pipes to flow continuously.

The Rip used is Dev Studio and is included with the purchase of the printing system.

Focus Nebula 35F DTF

The Focus Nebula 35F is the entry-level model in the DTF Focus range.

It is made up of two parts, the printer body and the stirrer/oven body and can use film reels up to 30cm wide.

In the printer body there are two print heads each with 6 channels, one dedicated entirely to white, the other dedicated to CMYKCM colours. The white circuit, notoriously delicate in all printers and plotters that use this colour, is kept constantly moving thanks to the presence of a stirrer motor in the white color tank and thanks to a recirculation system which allows the white present in the pipes to scroll continuously.

The production speed of the printer allows a production of approximately 2 m/l hour, which varies depending on the resolution used.

The Rip used was developed by Dev Studio and is included with the purchase of the printing system.

The stirrer/oven body allows the glue powder to be evenly distributed on the printed film, to remove excess powder, to cook the print made in an optimal way and finally to rewind the film ready to be applied on the various surfaces by means of a heat press.

The paid optionals not included in the system are the steel cabinet to support the printer and the air purifier to convey the evaporation fumes produced by the oven.
