Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped the same day if the order is placed and paid for by 11:00 a.m. (barring unforeseen circumstances or remote delivery areas, islands, and hard-to-reach territories, as indicated on the GLS express courier website). The courier typically delivers within 24-48 hours. All shipments are tracked: you can check the status of your order at any time. We also ship cash on delivery (except for first orders). Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Each order can be tracked from your customer dashboard.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage costs.
The packages are adequately sized and your items are well protected by a box or airbag.

Product available for orders: the product is available for orders but shipping may be delayed.
Delivery to InPost Locker / Point
Choose InPost delivery and collect your order at the most convenient Locker or InPost Point. At checkout, you can select your preferred collection point; you'll receive a notification with collection instructions when your package is available.
Average delivery times are 2-3 business days , depending on the destination and the shipment collection time. Lockers are generally accessible 24/7; InPost Points follow the opening hours of the selected point.
Formats, limits and shipping costs
InPost – Home Delivery
In addition to delivery to Lockers and InPost Points, InkPro also offers the InPost service with delivery directly to your home , a practical and convenient solution for receiving your purchases at the desired address.
The InPost home delivery service is available for shipments that meet the following requirements:
- Maximum weight: 6 kg per package.
- Sum of dimensions (width + length + height): less than 150 cm.
- Maximum length: 120 cm.
If your order meets these limits, you can select InPost home delivery from the shipping options available during checkout.
With InPost, you can choose the convenience of home delivery or the flexibility of collection at a Locker or InPost Point!
The Return
To return an item, you can email inkpro.it requesting a product pickup and a replacement under warranty. This will save you valuable time and resources, allowing you to focus on your work.
