Terms and conditions of use
1. Introduction
1.1, VAT number 02218760565 (hereinafter referred to as "Ink Solution Srl").
These General Conditions are the only conditions that may be applied and replace all other conditions, unless expressly and in writing. Ink Solution Srl may be required to modify some of these provisions; therefore, Customers are advised to read the General Conditions each time they visit the Inkpro.it website (hereinafter "the Site"). Such changes are binding upon their publication online and do not apply to contracts entered into prior to their publication. Every purchase on the Site is subject to the General Conditions of Sale applicable at the date of the order. Ink Solution Srl trusts that, once the order has been validated, Customers have read and accepted the General Conditions of Sale without reservation. 2. Place an order
Via the Internet on the Site: www.Inkpro.it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
3. Prices
The sales prices listed on the Site are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, but may exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs are generally always paid by the Customer, unless "free shipping" is expressly indicated.
Ink Solution Srl reserves the right to change prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed.
If an incorrect and/or manifestly low price is displayed, for any reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be canceled, even if initially validated.
4. Availability
Customer orders are fulfilled within the limits of the quantity of products available. If a product is unavailable, we will refund the price of that product. within a maximum time of 14days.
If only some of the ordered products are unavailable, Ink Solution Srl undertakes to immediately ship the available products and will cover the shipping costs for the remaining products. If the product's unavailability is due to a permanent discontinuation of production by the manufacturer, Ink Solution Srl will offer the customer a product of equivalent quality and price. If the customer refuses, Ink Solution Srl will refund the unavailable product. If the customer wishes to return the product under the conditions set forth in Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal - the return costs will be borne by Ink Solution Srl.
5. Delivery
Products purchased on the Site can be delivered throughout Italy, including the islands.
The order will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of placing the order. Ink Solution Srl does not deliver to PO boxes.
If the item is available in stock, the expected delivery date is determined by the combination of the following 2 elements:
1. Shipping time (24 hours): verification of the reliability of the information provided when settling the account (see Article 7) + preparation of the order + management of the package(s) by the carrier
2. the delivery time of the package by the carrier chosen by the Customers.
Ink Solution Srl advises Customers to verify that the delivered products comply with the order and to indicate, in the event that they are damaged, any anomalies on the delivery form in the form of handwritten and countersigned reservations.
Without prejudice to applicable legal guarantees, Ink Solution Srl advises Customers to address their reservations as soon as possible:

- by email using the contact form.
If a package is not received within the expected timeframe, the Customer will be asked to report the issue to Ink Solution Srl so that an investigation can be conducted. This may take several days (e.g., 21 days for Swiss Post, 21 days for GLS).
6. VAT refund
In compliance with Article 151 of Directive 2006/112/EC, deliveries of goods may be exempt from VAT.
Deliveries of goods requested by members of the following organizations may be subject to VAT refund:
Deliveries of goods requested for official use by:
1. Foreign diplomatic missions
2. Foreign consular representations
3. European organisations to which the Protocol on the Privileges and Immunities of the European Union applies
4. International organizations
5. Armed forces of a state party to the North Atlantic Treaty (NATO forces)
Deliveries of goods requested for private use by:
1. Members of a foreign diplomatic mission
2. Members of a foreign consular representation
3. Staff of an international organization (and their family members living under their roof)
To obtain a VAT refund, interested parties must submit to Ink Solution Srl the VAT exemption certificate, duly certified by the competent authorities of the country in which they are based, along with a declaration of conformity. For further information, please write to amministrazione@inkpro.it.
7. Secure payments
Ink Solution Srl has partnered with financial partners to ensure payment security.
Ink Solution Srl offers its customers various payment options: bank transfer, PayPal, cash on delivery, credit card, and prepaid card.
If there are suspicions of fraud related to a specific payment, the latter may be cancelled without notice, giving appropriate notification to the customer's email address.
If an automatic alert is triggered by information about your order, our fraud prevention service may request additional information and supporting documents (such as a copy of your ID, proof of address, etc.) upon which Ink Solution Srl may validate or cancel your order.
In this case, to ensure your order is shipped within the agreed timeframe, we recommend providing a phone number where you can be easily reached and confirming the information you entered or returning the requested documents as soon as possible.
8. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of the D.Lgs. n. 206/2005, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or does not indicate a VAT number in the order form), he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without penalty and without prejudice to the provisions of point 3 below. Therefore, in accordance with the art. on the right of withdrawal Legislative Decree n°21 of 21 February 2014 - Implementation of Directive 2011/83 EU on consumer rights, amending Directives 93/13 EEC and 1999/44/EC and repealing Directives 85/577 EEC and 97/7 EC - The legal period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods by the consumer, provided that the information obligations have been met. If this deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday or non-working day, it will be extended to the next working day. Customers who return the product in exercising their right of withdrawal are entitled to a refund of the price of the product(s) ordered, excluding return shipping costs, within 14 days.
Upon proposal by Ink Solution Srl, the customer who has exercised the right of withdrawal can however opt for an exchange or a credit note.
In order to correctly exercise the right of withdrawal,The customer is required tocontact us within 14 daysFrom receiving the product and returning the itemintact and in original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you notify us of your decision on the Site within your personal CONTACT US area or by writing an email to ordini@inkpro.it .
You can also inform us by sending Customer Service the standard withdrawal form, completed by hand, or by another means of your choice, indicating your IBAN code to process the refund.
From the date you inform us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have a maximum of 30 calendar days to return the products in question.
We will cover the return costs only if you decide to use our courier.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety. It is not possible to exercise withdrawal on only part of the purchased product, e.g., accessories ;
- the company Ink Solution Srl, for the purposes of the applicability of the right of withdrawal in the distance contract as provided for by the D.Lgsl. 206/2005, informs the customer that the goods sold will be considered substantially intact, pursuant to art.67 c.2 D.Lgsl. 206/2005, only in the event of failure to infringe or open the relevant packaging by the purchaser;
- The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, whenever possible, placing it in a second box, on which you should affix the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Code) issued by "Ink Solution Srl." Under no circumstances should labels or tape be attached directly to the product's original packaging.
- the item subject to the right of withdrawal must bear the same serial number as the one on the sales invoice. If the item bears a serial number different from the one indicated on the invoice, the return will not be accepted and the product will be made available to the Customer for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Ink Solution Srl will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods at its warehouse), allowing the Customer to promptly file a complaint with the courier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
- Ink Solution Srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments;
- the item subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be returned to our warehouse within 10 calendar days from the date of return authorization. After this deadline, the shipment will be rejected and the withdrawal request will be cancelled.
In the event of a partial order cancellation, the customer who benefited from free shipping on the initial order, due to exceeding a minimum order value, may be charged shipping costs corresponding to the order placed if the latter is of a value lower than the minimum purchase required to obtain free shipping.
Ink Solution Srl, for the purposes of the applicability of the right of withdrawal in the distance contract as provided for by the D.Lgsl. 206/2005, informs the Customer that the goods sold will be considered substantially intact, pursuant to art. 67 c. 2 D.Lgsl. 206/2005, only in the event of non-compliance or failure by the purchaser to open the packaging and seal. If the right of withdrawal lapses, Ink Solution will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs.
You have a 30-day statutory right of withdrawal to cancel all or part of your order. This period begins upon receipt of your order or the last package in your order, if it was delivered in multiple packages.
Ink Solution Srl undertakes to refund you for the returned products and the related delivery costs (not the return shipping costs if you used a courier other than ours) using the payment method initially used as soon as it receives the products or proof of their shipment.
Please note that Ink Solution Srl may reduce the refund amount if the product's value has been devalued as a result of operations other than those usually necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.
We remind you that the right of withdrawal generally does not apply to the following cases:
- products that may deteriorate or expire soon;
- sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and that have been opened by the consumer after delivery;
- sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been opened after delivery.
9. Returning products

Inside the package, you'll find a GLS form that you can use to return your item, with shipping costs covered by us. Once you've filled out all the information, you can contact your nearest GLS center and request a pickup.
The Customer must send us an advance email informing us of the shipment of the goods, in order to avoid delivery problems.
10. Product warranties
The products offered for sale on the Site are accompanied by various types of commercial guarantees, as defined below. Please note that the customer's subscription to these commercial guarantees does not affect the application of the legal guarantee of conformity for any item sold on the Site by Ink Solution Srl, in compliance with the following legal conditions.
Pursuant to the legal guarantee of conformity, Ink Solution Srl undertakes to deliver an order compliant with the concluded sales contract and to be liable for any defects of conformity found at the time of delivery.
To comply with the contract, the products must:
1) correspond to the description on the Site at the time the order is placed;
2) be suitable for any use for which products of the same type are normally used or for any other special use sought by the Customer, of which Ink Solution Srl has been informed and to which it has formally consented;
3) present the quality and performance usual for a product of the same type, which the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product and the characteristics described on the Site.
In the event of a proven lack of conformity, it will be necessary to restore the conformity of the defective product, at no cost to the Customer.
Please note that this legal guarantee covers any lack of conformity manifested within a maximum of 2 years from the date of delivery of the order, with the following limits:
- consumables for laser technology peripherals: 12 months
- consumables for inkjet devices: 3 months
Please also remember that the legal guarantee may not apply or may only apply partially in the following cases:
- Repair of damage caused by a cause external to the product (for example: accidents, impacts, lightning, power surges, oxidation, presence of sand, etc.),
- A Customer error resulting, for example, from use or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications,
- Use of the appliance that is harmful to its maintenance,
- Any lack of conformity of which the customer was aware at the time of placing the order.

Commercial guarantees provided by product manufacturers (defective product):
In addition to the legal guarantees, some goods sold on the Site are provided with a manufacturer's warranty, with validity and duration varying depending on the products and brands.
Generally, manufacturer warranties do not cover:
- Replacement of consumables (batteries, light bulbs, fuses, worn recording or reading heads, etc.);
- Abnormal or non-compliant use of the products;
- Damage due to the intervention of a repairer not authorized by the manufacturer;
- Damage due to causes external to the appliance (for example: accidents, internal or external impacts, lightning, power surges, oxidation, presence of sand, etc.).
The Customer is therefore invited to carefully consult the user manual provided with the products and the exact terms of the manufacturer's warranty with which the products in question are provided, if any.
In any case, Ink Solution Srl cannot be held responsible for any refusal by the manufacturer to apply its warranty for the reasons mentioned above.
If the manufacturer's warranty is not applicable, the manufacturer will prepare a quote. The manufacturer may charge an administrative fee if the customer requests the product be returned without the repairs proposed in the quote. In this case, the customer may also choose to abandon their product without additional charges.
The customer has three months to accept or reject the quote and pay any outstanding amount. After this deadline, the quote will be considered rejected and the material will be considered abandoned. In this case, no refund will be requested.
The After-Sales Service cannot guarantee the customer more than two consecutive deliveries for each product. In the event of a second failed delivery (package refused, delivery impossible, etc.), the product will be left at the customer's disposal at the Ink Solution Srl Logistics Center for 3 months. Beyond this period, the item will be considered abandoned. Ink Solution Srl will have full and absolute control over it and will proceed with its destruction. In this case, no refund will be requested.
11. Disputes and responsibilities
Ink Solution Srl cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products sold on the Site. In any case, Ink Solution Srl will not be charged for costs of any kind arising from the failure to use the equipment for which the products were supplied, except those due to gross negligence.

12. Billing
The billing It occurs automatically as soon as the payment is registered in our system. The invoice is sent via email and is always available in your customer dashboard as a downloadable PDF.
For B2B services to foreign residents, invoicing is free of VAT, after verifying registration in the VIES register.
13. Comments, criticisms, communications
All customer reviews submitted to Ink Solution Srl are monitored and moderated by Ink Solution Srl's marketing department. If such reviews are unlawful or inappropriate (unfair advertising, defamatory content, insults, inappropriate comments, etc.), Ink Solution Srl reserves the right to reject or censor the review in question.
14. Privacy and processing of personal data:
